Impassioned with the sport of (para-sailing) at age 15. Mark McCulloh is an accomplished inventor, motivational speaker and entrepreneur from Miami, Florida.

Today, Mark is internationally recognized as the original inventor of winchboat and modern day parasailing equipment beginning the introduction of the worlds first offshore parasail platforms leading up to the legendary Winchboat that revolutionized parasailing and ensured the breakthrough and expansion of the commercial parasailing marketplace worldwide.

With more than 40 years of history in parasail equipment designs, innovations, training techniques and the first to establish operational safety guidelines and procedures. His accomplishments within the parasailing industry are broad in scope with a focus on improving the safety of parasailing.

Since 1971, Mark McCulloh has been creating new and innovative products for commercial parasailing with a focus on efficiency and safety.   He is one of the most recognized parasail industry experts in the world, having testified before both state and federal courts  in every major accidental death and serious injury case.    Known for his pioneering work in modernizing parasailing equipment and instrumental in the development, application and evolution of the commercial parasail industry.   What's most notable in this historical timeline, is that McCulloh had no idea of the impact his inventions would have over the next four decades would have once deployed into the
marketplace. 

McCulloh was also granted every patent issued by the United States Patent and Trademark Office relating to modern day commercial parasailing methods and equipment that have influenced industry standards.
 
I provide expert witness services for parasail related matters and for any type of parasail litigation.  My expertise covers virtually every conceivable industry discipline, and work in markets across the country and around the globe. I work with firms of all sizes and will work on behalf of either the Plaintiff’s or the Defendant’s side of the matter.
