The PSC will accepts feedback whether a special business or operator is PSC endorsed or not. It is important to note that our goal is to actively establish, maintain, and articulate positions of leadership to promote the safety, utility and popularity of parasailing. FILING A COMPLAINT AND/OR REPORTING AN ACCIDENT
The Safety Council strives to assure that you and your family have a safe and enjoyable parasailing experience. We know that sometimes things don’t go as planned or worse yet someone is injured. lf you have encountered a bad experience and would like to file a grievance against a specific operator or crew member you may do so here. Your input is valuable. The Safety Council can offer suggestions on how to resolve many situations including filing accident reports with the appropriate authorities. We are your voice ! Just complete and submit the information form below...
