National Foundation for Parasail Regulations
We have launched the National Foundation for Parasail Regulations to collect comments, suggestions and responses to the proposed parasail regulations and operating guidelines issued by the parasail safety council that will be presented to the U.S. Coast Guard for their consideration to mandate  regulations for all captains who are issued an endorsement on their commercial USCG certificate.

Parasail Captain Endorsement Registration

Licensed Parasail Captains can now register and receive a Safe Operator Endorsement by the Parasail Safety Council and have their operation listed and promoted on our website!
