ORLANDO, FL - August 12, 2011. PSC set to  released its 2011 Operating Standards and Guidelines for Commercial Parasailing  ("OSAG") this fall.  It will be distributed to all commercial parasail operations, industry associations, insurance providers and state and federal agencies having jurisdiction over the parasailing industry.  The new OSAG's are the most comprehensive Operating Standards and guidelines ever published and were based on safety studies, accident data reports, and equipment failure analysis. 

For the first time all previously published guidelines and  regulations from multiples sources included PAPO and WASI have been unified into a single controlling document
