1987 McCulloh Grants Patent License for Nordic Ascender McCulloh granted Commercial Parasail Corporation of America (CPCOA) of Lake Havasu Arizona an exclusive patent license under his original 1976 winchboat patent; to sell and distribute the “Nordic Ascender” winchboat manufactured by Nordic boat company nationwide using the single harness system.
