1988 Harness and Gondola Marketing Strategy 1988, After a successful launch of both the Harness and Gondola  equipped winchboats.  McCulloh decided to capitalize on his inventions by limited the Gondola production and licensing in the USA, to focus sales of the Gondola equipped Winchboats to the international market at a premium price.  This would allow Nordic Ascender maximum market saturation in the US with very little interference.  McCulloh eventually filed a lawsuit against CPCOA owner Craig Reynolds for breach of contract which was settled out of court.
