		The "Aerial Recliner" Parasailing Chair made its public debut on the 1985 Miss Universe Pageant televised to a worldwide. The Miss Sweden was selected to participant in the video presentation. Filming took place along the intracostal waterway in Biscayne Bay in front of downtown Miami.

		The first TV commercial using a parasail was in 1986 when Coors beer contracted Skyrider of Ft. Lauderdale to film a commercial video clip that aired during spring break. The film director was J Segal who is now a famous Hollywood film producer.

		In 1992, Walt Disney World contracted Mark McCulloh to evaluate the viability of parasailing on Bay Lake. Two years after completing his testing and evaluation McCulloh signed a 4 year participant/joint venture contract with Disney to provide parasail rides on Bay Lake.
