PSC APPROVED Safe Operating Guidelines and Standards

To address regulations, safety standards and explore issues of right vs. wrong is not an easy task in light of  opposition from most manufacturers and operators who justify their bad habits and oppose any change unless it is somehow financially rewarding.

The only logical approach to proposing regulations and safety standards was preparing an in depth report on the parasail industry similar to reports that we prepare for plaintiffs attorneys which includes our investigation methodology, examination of evidence and a summary of findings based on facts that help paint a picture to draw conclusions from.

It is our sincere hope that the report, being submitted to state and federal officials, will present a factual, reliable and equitable approach to encourage parasail manufacturers and operators to recognize the importance of public safety and accident prevention by establishing a set of guidelines and standards for all to follow.
