Welcome to the Parasail Safety Council Website The Parasail Safety Council (PSC) is a not-for-profit organization founded by Mark McCulloh, the pioneer of modern day parasailing representing the parasailing public worldwide and dedicated to effectively raising the safety standards of commercial parasailing industry with a focus on education and promoting safety equipment and standards. To date,  One of the PSC core values is ‘risk transparency’ encouraging an open, honest dialogue about parasailing risks and effective risk management.
This data was  complied from numerous  sources, such as; local, state and federal government accident reports, interviews, insurance claims, civil lawsuits and industry insiders; as well as, accident investigations which I have been personally involved in as an expert.  Having multiple sources of data is indicative of an industry which is not controlled by any one single entity.  The results from my sources (see chart) provides a more accurate picture.   Mark McCulloh
