1998 McCulloh Launches Parasail Safety Council After successfully completing the four (4) year parasail concession contract with Walt Disney World. McCulloh launched the Parasail Safety Council. The Parasail Safety Council (PSC) is a not-for-profit organization representing the parasailing public; dedicated to effectively raising the safety standards of commercial parasailing with a focus on education, certification, regulation and providing a reliable source of unbiased important safety information to the Parasail Industry and government bodies.
